To enroll in our program, please complete the intake form by clicking HERE

All CDVIP weekly classes are in-person, however CDVIP Orientation sessions are taking place on Zoom until further notice.

Once you have completed the Intake form, we will email you a link to join a Zoom Orientation. It can take up to a week to get this email. Zoom Orientations are held weekly on Wednesdays at 4pm.  

You do NOT need to make a payment before attending the Orientation session. Questions about payment will be addressed at Orientation.

Alternatives to Abuse: Orientation Information

Alternatives to Abuse is Safe Voices’ state-certified Domestic Violence Intervention Program. This 48-week educational program focuses on accountability for people who use abusive behaviors. It is certified by the Maine Department of Corrections and participants are referred through the courts, probation, DHHS, or are self-referred. Groups are offered for both men and women. Alternatives to Abuse is the only fee-based service provided by Safe Voices, with a sliding fee scale based on income.

After we receive your Intake Form, you will get an email invite to a Zoom Orientation session. IT CAN TAKE UP TO A WEEK FOR US TO SEND YOU THIS EMAIL. If you don’t see the email within a week, please email the Program Manager at Cobrien@safevoices.org

Zoom Orientation sessions for the Men’s program take place each Wednesday at 4pm.
